A reservation is considered valid only after a prepayment has been received the latest 5 days after the agreement and a copy of the deposit has been sent to the hotel via fax or e-mail.

• from 22 days or more prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then the prepayment is returned
  to the client-visitor.*
• between 14 and 21 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then 50% of the prepayment
  is returned to the client-visitor.*
• between 13 and 8 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor,
  then none of the prepayment is returned to the client-visitor.
• In case of cancellation within the last week prior to the arrival date or in case of non-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

* Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor
